Into Eternity Photography

By booking a session or event with Into Eternity Photography, you ("the Client") agree to the following general terms as of the date of your booking:

1. Booking & Payments

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. Full payment details, deadlines, and policies are outlined in your contract, which must be reviewed and signed before your session.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life is unpredictable-we understand. All rescheduling, cancellation, and refund policies are outlined in your signed contract. Please read it carefully.

3. Image Delivery

Final, edited digital images are delivered within the timeframe noted in your contract via a private online gallery. RAW (unedited) files are not provided.

4. Copyright & Usage

Bridget Saldarriaga of Into Eternity Photography retains the copyright to all images. A personal-use license will be provided upon request. Images may not be altered or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Model Release

Unless otherwise requested in writing, you grant Into Eternity Photography permission to use your images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.

6. Agreement to Terms

By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, and that you will review and sign the session-specific contract prior to your shoot.
